New eCourse on Addiction and Recovery

I've re-vamped my eCourse on Addicton and Recovery information and it will be fully ready to go next week (by April 8th 2010). Topics within the eCourse are quite basic over 5 consecutive days and include information on why some people end up using drugs, how addiction really works (*tip - it's a complex thing), how to identify a drug addiction problem, details on safe detoxing, and important points about building self-esteem.

The eCourse is completely free and it's open to all. Actually, because the lessons are so basic, I've included a followup series for those interested in staying on my email list to learn about the more complex details of addictions, recovery, and recovery/clean time supports. Beyond the basic 5 lessons, 12-Step methods will be outlined with free downloadable and online resources for doing 12-Step work, but information won't be limited to only 12-Step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous, and related groups...

...positive affirmations, links and information to positive mental health development are included in the follow up emails, along with SMART Recovery program information, 16-Step information and more...
